Our Programs
Northern Nevada faces significant challenges in providing dental care to underserved youth. Approximately 66% of Nevada’s third graders have experienced tooth decay, surpassing the national average of 60%, and 33% have untreated decay, which negatively impacts school attendance and overall health. The situation is even worse for foster children, who often experience fragmented healthcare due to frequent changes in living situations.
