The Dental Home Away From Home (DHFH) ensures real-time access to dental records, enabling continuity of care regardless of a child's living situation. By partnering with foster care organizations, dental health providers, and community stakeholders, DHFH  integrated system to reduce redundant treatments, enhance preventive care, and improve health outcomes for foster youth.
